What does Guardian charge?
Charges are based on the service level you purchase and a sliding scale of book stored. The number of books you are charged for is based on the average number of books you have stored in our database during the month. The sliding scale of monthly costs per book stored is listed below in Canadian Dollars:

When do we bill you?
Guardian invoices you at the end of each month. Invoices are sent out by email.
How can you pay your bill?
You can pay by cheque or money order.
What currency is the bill charged in?
If you reside in Canada, costs are charged in Canadian Dollars. If you reside in the US, costs are charged in US Dollars
Do I pay for sold books?
Sold books are included in the total number of books you have stored. Sold books however are archived after 3 month and archived books are not included in your books stored totals. Archived books can be found by Book#, Author and Title but are for review only. Archived books can be cloned into new books and are deleted after 5 years.
